Is the 2021 festival definitely happening?
With vaccines rolling out live music events feel closer than ever, we are hopeful. We’re putting together a stellar lineup and making sure all suggested safety protocols are followed. Safety is our first priority, and we are working closely with all local and state authorities.
If I had a ticket to FreshGrass | Bentonville 2020, what do I do?
2020 ticket buyers were notified and given the option to either donate the cost of their ticket or request a full refund. If we were unable to reach you or process your refund, you may use the remaining balance towards your 2021 ticket. Safety is our top priority. It is difficult to say at this time what measurements and requirements will be in effect come October. We will do all we can to ensure a safe experience for all, and will be sharing more information as we get closer to the festival.
If FreshGrass | Bentonville 2021 doesn’t take place, will I be able to get a refund?
Absolutely. If FreshGrass | Bentonville 2021 cannot take place as planned, the option to get a refund will be available to all ticket holders.

Can I volunteer at FreshGrass?
To inquire about volunteering at FreshGrass | Bentonville, please apply online at The Momentary website. Advance training is required.
What about biking to the festival?
Located right off the Razorback Regional Greenway, we highly encourage biking or walking to the festival.
Can I bring my kids, and do they have to pay?
Children are welcome, and admission is free for those 6 and under with an accompanying adult. There is a reduced price for kids 7–16.
Where will I stay?
There are many lodging options, including campsites and nearby hotels.
What can I bring into the festival?
YES: valid photo ID, empty water bottles, blankets, folding chairs
NO: Firearms or weapons of any kind; Cigarettes, e-cigs, or vape pens. The event is non-smoking; alcohol
Are cameras allowed at FreshGrass?
Polaroid, SLR, point and shoot, pocket and phone cameras for personal use
Flash photography, tripods, detachable lens over 120mm, all video
We ask that you refrain from using your phones and devices during the live performances at FreshGrass, as they are disturbing to both patrons and performers. Long lenses and tripods are not permitted. Since there is no bag check, you should leave your long-lens cameras and tripods locked in your car for safekeeping. Can I submit my band, comedy act, or artwork for consideration?

Can I share my festival pass with my friends?
No, a festival pass is for you and you only. It is not to be transferred between different people attending different days. The day pass is meant for a single day guest.
