North Adams Volunteers

FreshGrass | North Adams volunteers enjoy free admission to the full three-day festival in exchange for working 10 hours (either one ten-hour shift or two five-hour shifts) as event staff, Green Team, parking attendants, gallery guards, and more.

We welcome returning volunteers, and while prior experience is not necessary, advance training in person is required in mid-September in North Adams. Please note that volunteers will primarily work outdoors, in all weather conditions, and will be asked to stand for extended periods of time. We will do our best to accommodate our volunteers with special needs or limited mobility.
